Entry requirements
- be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- You will need to be at least 18 years old.
- Â Pre-training review to ensure student has the appropriate level of Language, Literacy and Numeracy to achieve the competencies. Where a test result is supplied, it must be within the last 12 months.
- A working with Children Check and in some workplaces, a Police Check, to be accepted into work placement for this qualification
This course is eligible for government funding which covers the full tuition fee.

Outline
This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals.
